Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days (AED 20). Express delivery takes 1–2 business days (AED 30). Both options are available across all UAE emirates.

Is there free delivery?
Yes! Free standard delivery on all orders above AED 200.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we ship to select countries. Please contact us to check availability for your location.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Opened perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and we will resolve it promptly.

Are your products authentic?
Yes, all Kunooz Beauty products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized suppliers.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Gift wrapping is available upon request. Please mention it in your order notes.
