Delivery Policy — KUNOOZ MARB PERFUMES & COSMETICS TRADING L.L.C
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days upon payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Process Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, items will be carefully packaged and handed over to our delivery partner. A proof of delivery receipt will be signed/confirmed by the registered customer upon receipt.
3. Shipping Options (UAE Only) We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates. The following shipping options are available:

4. Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders of AED 250 or more.
5. Proof of Delivery A signed/confirmed delivery receipt by the registered customer serves as proof of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the order at the delivery address provided.
6. Delays Kunooz Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate any expected delays promptly.
